Bear River Country Log Homes provides log home packages with high quality stamped and graded materials for standard or custom designed log homes and cabins. Bear River Country Log Homes is a full service company located north of Salt Lake City. We can help with design, help you find a lending institution, and if needed, a builder to do all, or a part of, the construction. We can also provide assistance when building the home yourself.
Logs
The logs included in our packages are milled from seasoned Westernwoods: Lodgepole Pine, Spruce, or Douglas Fir, and all logs have a low moisture content. The logs are round milled Swedish Cope with saddle notched corners. They come in 7”, 8”, 9”, 10”, 12”, and 14” diameters*. We also provide 6”x 8″, 8”x 8″, and 8”x12″ D logs in cedar or pine, hand-peeled full logs, or a full scribe package. *Other size logs are also available, call or email for information.

Blueprints and Construction
Blueprints are provided for standard log homes at no additional charge. We can also design plans and custom blueprints for your Custom Dream Home.
We provide a construction manual, and invite your calls concerning construction questions. We work with qualified, experienced builders who can do all, or part of, your log home construction.
Fast Delivery
Packages can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks after a deposit of 33% is placed and plans are designed and approved for your building site. We deliver all over the world, specializing in the Western States: Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, and Nevada.
